Chad Grissom graduated from Alfred M. Barbe High School in 1983. He played football at Barbe for 4 years as a Defensive Tackle. He was chosen All District 2nd team Defensive Tackle in 1982. He aslo ran Track.
He graduated from McNeese State University with a B.S. degree in Education and with a Masters in Administration in 1994.
Coach Grissom began his coaching career at DeQuincy High School. He served
as defensive line and offensive line coach during 1988-89. He joined Barbe's
coaching staff in 1990.
While at Barbe he has coached the defensive line, secondary and is currently the
offensive line coach. He also coaches Track. Chad is single.
